'CommonCurios' started with an ambition: to offer real Neapolitan pizzas in Leeds. The venture began as a humble, family-owned shop in 1985, rooted in recipes passed down over generations by the Clark family.

Emily Clark, our initiator, mastered the pizza craft in her Italian journeys, particularly from skilled pizza chefs in Naples - the homeland of pizza. Once back in the UK, her mission was to replicate the captivation of original Italian pizza, employing conventional techniques and top-notch materials.

From a quaint 12-seater, we've evolved into a cherished community fixture, though our devotion to excellence has remained constant. We continue traditional wood-fired baking, daily fresh dough, and meticulous ingredient sourcing.

'CommonCurios' is still family-held, with the Clark's next of kin now at the helm, leading our zealous crew. While adopting new practices, our essence remains unchanged: making sumptuous, true pizza that unites people.
